Whatever your holistic modality, even if we don't have an association named specifically for it, we probably cover it. Member Liability insurance offers coverage for qualified practitioners and teachers of:

Professional Liability Insurance Features:

4. Fast Track Claim Service - Your claims are managed by the industries top experts. Any claim is immediately reviewed by your claim advocate, a professional from your field who is highly qualified and thoroughy familiar with your profession. Before your claim is forwarded to the insurance underwriter we will be sure it is carefully reviewed with you to be sure it is presented in the most appropriate way for a positive and timely response.

5. Our Underwritter is Rated A: an insurance carrier which is listed in the A.M. Best book with the A rating.

6. You are Covered in all 50 states and U.S. Territories wherever you work at the office, on site, seminar, convention, cruise ship, hotel, health spa, etc. as long as you obey the local laws. Be sure you have the required license for the area you are working in. Services rendered without charge are usually except from local licensure requirements.

7. Covers Teaching for 1-9 students. Upgrade to to teach 10-99 students for only $100 additional.

8. Liability coverage follows you wherever you work: office, on-site, seminars, conventions, hotel, health spa, etc.

9. Occurrence Form policy covers any occurrence that happens within your coverage dates regardless of when the claim may be filed. Additional Insured benefit available for your landlord or company

10. Coverage starts as soon as your application is processed

• Teaching Option: $100 to cover teaching classes of 10-99 students (otherwise practicing membership covers a maximum of 9 students per class)

• Additional Coverage: $70 to raise malpractice from $2 million to $3 million.

• Additional Insured / Certificate Holder: Additional $10 for each certificate.
  Your policy covers you only and only you. Any companies that need to be covered are only covered if your policy lists the company as a certificate holder.

• Policy covers injury to other people and their property, not the member or his or her property. It does cover fire damage to the building you are working in, but not fire damage to your equipment and supplies. It does not cover theft loses.

• Teachers: The $199 rate provides coverage for teachers to teach from 1-9 students per class. An additional $100 is required to teach 10-99 students per class. If you have the lower coverage and you have more than 9 students in your class, any resulting claim will not be covered.

• Members must have 100 hours of training by either a school or apprenticeship in each modality or profession practiced.

• Members must obey all local laws and requirements where they practice, and abide by our Code of Ethics.

• If the state where you practice requires a license or specific certification, you must comply with these laws. If you do not obey your local laws this insurance will not cover you should there be a claim filed against you.

3. We shall be dedicated to providing competent service with respect, compassion and honesty for everyone seeking our holistic health treatments and services.

4. We shall deal with others as we ourselves wish to be dealt with.

5. We shall acknowledge our limitations and shall not attempt to diagnose bodily maladies but shall endeavor to work with all health care professionals to provide appropriate care in the best interest of the individual client.

6. We shall recognize the responsibility to comply with the requirements of all governing laws. Willful disobedience to the law shall result in immediate revocation of membership status and all accompanying privileges.

7. Any member failing to abide by the Code of Ethics shall be answerable to the Board of Directors for "Peer Review."
